Conditions:

The following General Terms are binding for everyone using services of Toys Travel Agency. The General Terms are published on the website.

1. Services
a) Toys Travel Agency offers accommodation for teddy bears and other toys, especially cuddly toys, hereinafter referred to as “Participants”. This offer relates only to toys which can be sent by mail or any other transport service. The measure and weight of the shipping box has to be within limits – with the maximum size – 80 × 40 x 40 cm – and the maximum weight  – 5 kg. Participants who do not meet the given requirements may participate only on individual terms which must be settled with Toys Travel Agency beforehand.
b) Live animals and people are forbidden to participate! It is also forbidden to send weapons, chemistry, drugs, alcohol, and participants fetid and soiled in any way.
c) Toys Travel Agency offers various types of tours. If it is not possible to visit a certain place, Toys Travel Agency will choose alternative places themselves.
d) It is possible to fulfill a participant’s individual requirments as long as they are announced in advance and if they are approved of by Toys Travel Agency. Extra fees may be required for this nonstandard service, and the amount of fees is negotiated in advance.
e) Postal charges for transport to the Czech Republic are paid by the client. Clients are obliged to send a “participant” in safe cover in order to prevent any harm or loss during the transport.
f) Price for service depends on the fare and tour package which is chosen by the client. The price list is available on our website.
g) Participants and items included in the fare (presents and souvenirs) chosen by a client will be returned as an insured package by Czech Post

2. Clients
Toys Travel Agency make contracts only with clients over 18 years old, or with clients’ representatives in the case of clients under 18 years old.

3. Making reservations
The contract becomes binding when it is confirmed by Toys Travel Agency by e-mail. Such confirmation of reservation includes confirmation of the selected tour and payment instructions. Reservations can be made only on the website.
d) It is possible to fulfill a participant’s individual requirments as long as they are announced in advance and if they are approved of by Toys Travel Agency. Extra fees may be required for this nonstandard service, and the amount of fees is negotiated in advance.

4. Payment details
a) Toys Travel Agency will send payment instructions and confirmation of reservation to the client via e-mail. The customer is obliged to transfer the required amount of money to the bank account as soon as possible.
b) If payment is delayed, either the participant must wait for the next tour, or the participant can be sent back and the client will be refunded – except the cost of transport and handling charges (10% off the cost of booking).
c) Toys Travel Agency is not obliged to accept a participant on a tour or return it if the relevant payment was not made. If the payment in full amount (including interests for belated payment) was not received within 6 months from the day of order, Toys Travel Agency s.r.o. may donate the participant to charity without notifying its owner.
d) Clients are obliged to pay all transaction charges for bank transfer to the Czech Republic.

5. Cancellation
Clients must request for cancellation of reservation in a written form (it can be via e-mail). If a trip is cancelled by the Client, Toys Travel Agency charges a fixed cancellation fee (10% off the cost of accomodation) and fees for other expenses, especially for expenses on sending the participant back to the owner.

6. Storage of data, data protection, limitations
Clients’ data are subject to Personal Data Protection Act and used only by Toys Travel Agency. Clients’ data are not accessible to third persons, only with the exception of state organs, or the clients’ data may be used in a court act in terms of law abidance. Toys Travel Agency may publish photographs of participants for promotion and marketing purposes. Data about the participant’s owner, i.e. the client, may be used only with the clients’ approval.

8. General
These general conditions are valid from 1st January 2010 and remain valid indefinitely. These General Conditions exist in various languages.  In the case of dispute or ambiguity the English version is legally binding.

9. Changes of General Terms
Toys Travel Agency has the right to change the General Terms. The changes will be published on the homepage of our website. The old General Business Terms will be valid for all legal acts prior to the changes.
